A Cairine Arabic Translation of Langston Hughes's "Question [1]"

- The following is Hughes's poem.

When the old junk man Death
Comes to gather our bodies
And toss them into the sack of oblivion,
I wonder if he will find
The corpse of a multi-millionaire
Worth more pennies of eternity,
Than the black torso of
A Negro cotton-picker?

يا هل ترى .. لما يجينا الموت بذات شخصه العتيد
ياخدنا يرمينا ف شوال الغربة و النسيان بعيييد
هتساوى عنده جتة الغلبان .. جسد هارون رشيد؟

هيساوى بين أسود و أبيض .. أو عبيد شقيوا و سيد؟
